Frequentlyasked questions

We understand that you have worked hard and risked everything to get to where you are with your company. It can be nerve-racking to entrust someone else with a crucial part of your operation. We aim to make the transition as smooth as possible for you and your clients. We aim to lend a helping hand and assist you in realizing your goals, whatever those may be.

Please find below a list of frequently asked questions.

Who has the final say in which loads we take?

You do! Some of our drivers prefer we send them filtered options so they can choose which one we book. Others prefer give us a set of guidelines with the criteria we need to meet for each load. Whenever we meet or beat those guidelines we book the load and send the confirmation. At the end of the week, you will receive a detailed summary of what loads each truck ran and the revenue generated, along with a summary of what we can expect for the coming week.

How do we get paid for the loads you book?

We don’t change anything. From the outside looking in, it will look like you just hired a new in-house dispatcher. After each load is delivered we create and send out the invoice for you. We also have options to switch you to our factoring company that gives us a group discount. If you are looking to switch, we can help to bring you on with our factoring family as well.

How much do you charge for the service?

We do not charge a flat fee. We prefer to be in the fight with you, so we only make money when you do. We charge between 5-7% depending on your needs. It is best to give us a call to discuss your operation and let us calculate the level of work with you over the phone.

Is there a contract I will have to sign?

Yes, there is a contract. However, it’s only so we can legally act on your behalf and book loads. If at any point you are not happy with our contribution to your team, we can shake hands and part ways, with no questions asked.

What if I book a load for one of the days, do you still charge us your fee?

No, you will not owe us anything for these loads. We only ask that you give your dispatcher notice before looking to book yourself.

You say that your goal is to set us up direct with the shipper to run year-round contracts, how will we be paid from them if our factoring company won’t set up direct with shippers?

While it would be ideal to link you directly with the shipper for payment, if that is not possible we have a sister company brokerage that we can run those loads through for you free of charge.
