Our mission

Victoriam Dispatch was created in 2018 by Dave Sherman out of an obvious need in the industry.
David had been a freight broker for the previous 6 years and was fed up with the lack of professionalism and follow-through offered by the majority of dispatchers he had worked with. It was obvious to him that the majority of drivers were doing their job correctly, however, they were being made to look bad by the lack of follow-through and updates provided by their dispatchers. After multiple requests to dispatch for his regular carriers, he decided to create Victoriam Dispatch and fulfill the need in the industry. Since its creation, Victoriam Dispatch has grown to a team of 23 dispatchers with 58 drivers and continues to add to the team every month! Victoriam Dispatch specializes in reefer, van, and flatbed dispatching, but handle car hauling and hotshot dispatching as well.
